The warranty

- If a login stops working during the warranty period and the fault is on our side, we replace it for FREE.
Replacement
- Replacement means new working credentials — not a refund.
- If a replacement is owed and we cannot provide one, your refund is issued within 2 business days.
Warranty void
- If YOU change the account password or email yourself, the warranty is VOID.
How to claim a replacement
- Send your product name and a screenshot of the issue on WhatsApp — we'll check and replace it promptly.
