Ordering from us means you agree to these terms.
Orders and payment
- You are responsible for giving a correct name, WhatsApp number and product choice.
- Your order is processed after payment verification; unclear or incomplete proof of payment is not accepted.
Delivery
- Access is delivered on WhatsApp after your payment is confirmed.
- Delivery time depends on payment verification and product availability.
Warranty and replacement
- Every product carries the replacement cover shown on its page (25 days unless stated otherwise).
- If you change the account password or email yourself, the warranty ends.
- Replacement means working access; cash refunds follow the refund policy only.
Refunds
- No refunds for change of mind, wrong product choice or simply not liking the tool.
- If a valid replacement cannot be provided, a refund may be issued within 2 business days.
